With our founder Late Shri Ganesh Chandra Shaha still at the helm, his two sons (Shri Gunendra Narayan Shaha and Shri Gourendra Kishore Shaha) was formally inducted into the company in the year 1976. Under his expert guidance and his children’s natural leadership, the group has reached new heights today. Even after its glorious 75 years celebration, Meghana and Shaha Paribar is continually exploring new avenues and achievements which one can rarely boast of.

Gunendra Narayan Shaha

Elder son of our late founder and a graduate from IIM-Calcutta. He has been in-charge of purchasing, and commercial activities. His creative method for improving quantity projection efficiency has helped to uphold a balance between supply and demand. His very special ability to quickly and effectively alter the path of any plan already in motion has been his forte.

The younger son and the mastermind behind the success of bringing in the revolutionary automation packaging in biri industry.

An example of a sensible and diligent person. His influence in the Shaha Paribar’s strategic planning and policies has always created a significant creative impact on the business. His approaches and beliefs have always been centred on the needs of the client, and this trait strongly influences the distinctive work atmosphere at the organisation. He has dedicatedly handled numerous responsibilities in sales.
The second generation leaders have already started passing on the baton to the third generation. The future leaders are being well groomed and their integration into the group’s day-to-day activities is being closely monitored by the present leadership.
